Using the Gilded Autumn Suite

Today I am going to share a card I made using the Gilded Autumn suite in the mini catalog.  I LOVE this suite!  It comes with pattern paper (DSP), a stamp set with coordinating punches, two different ribbons, brushed metallic cardstock, and cute little acorn trinkets.

How to:

Get your card base ready.  I used mint macaron.  Using the DSP that comes in the suite, cut a panel piece and adhere to the card base.   Then cut 3 squares in other DSP designs and adhere them to 3 squares of brushed metallic cardstock.  Take a piece of the metallic ribbon from the suite and wrap it around the card.  You will hide the ends under one of the square pieces.   Next, take your square pieces and adhere two of them towards the left side of the card, one above the other. The, pop up the third square towards the right, but overlapping the other 2 squares.

On this square, I adhered some leaves and an acorn.  I used the stamp set, Beautiful Autumn, and stamped a few leaves on Cajun craze, with Cajun craze.  I also stamped an acorn in crumb cake, on crumb cake.  I then used the coordinating punches to punch the shapes out.  Adhere these pieces in a triangular like bunch on the popped up square in the upper right corner.

Last, I stamped a sentiment on a piece of very vanilla and trimmed it nice and small to fit the square below the leaves and acorn.
