Using some Sale-A-Bration items for a birthday card

 Hello fellow stampers, crafters, and friends!  Today I'm going to share a card with you that I made using 2 items from the Sale-A-Bration brochure.  I love how it turned out and you can make so many different cards with the stamp set!

Let's go ahead and get started.

Items needed for this card: (in no particular order)

* Textures and Frames stamp set  (Sale-A-Bration) ***
* Sweet Ice Cream stamp set
* Blackberry Bliss card stock
* Basic white card stock
* Be Dazzling DSP ***
* Blackberry Bliss ink pad
* Shaded Spruce ink pad
* Night of Navy ink pad
* StazOn Black ink pad
* Stitched Rectangle Dies
* Block D
* Adhesive of choice
* Stampin' Dimensionals
* Paper trimmer
* Stampin' Scrub (or something to clean your stamps)
* Stampin' Mist

*** These items are only available through the end of Sept with a $50 retail purchase in my online store.  ***

Dimensions:

* 8.5" x 5.5" Blackberry Bliss card stock
* 5 1/8" x 3 7/8" Basic white card stock
* 5.25" x 4" Be Dazzling Card stock
* 5.25" x .25" Be Dazzling Card stock
* 3 7/16" x 3/8" Blackberry Bliss card stock
* Scrap pf basic white for sentiment (cut with third stitched rectangle shape)
*5.25" x 4" Basic White card stock (inside panel)

How to:

* Fold your card base in half at 4.25".
* Stamp the outline rectangle onto the 5 1/8" x 3 7/8" Basic white card stock in a diagonal fashion.         (See photo.)  I stamped so that it was one color after the other, but you can stamp all one color in a row, or however you see fit.
* Stamp (2nd generation) the striped piece inside the outline image.  (2nd generation stamping is when you stamp the image off on a scrap piece and then stamp onto your project without re-inking.)
* Using your white scrap, stamp your sentiment.  I used the Happy Birthday from the Sweet Ice Cream set, in StazOn black.
* Die cut the sentiment piece using the third stitched rectangle shape (approx. 3.25" x 1.25")
* Adhere your sentiment piece to the small Blackberry Bliss piece.
* Adhere your stamped background piece to the Be Dazzling piece.
* Adhere the Be Dazzling strip approx. .75" from the bottom of the stamped background piece.
* Adhere the sentiment piece over the Be Dazzling strip towards the right of the card, using dimensionals.
* Adhere the entire piece to the card base.
*Adhere the inside panel (stamp first, if you wish)

Your card is complete!
